I remember the 1990′s travelling Europe on tennis circuit, travelled & stayed in every wine region in France, Italy & Spain…. but I never drunk alcohol back then…. only started drinking wine when I met my ex around 2000…. and I look back now wondering how I missed out on so much damn fine wine in Burgundy, Bordeaux, Tuscany, etc! and it would have been so cheap back then in Europe…. oh well!

If the spark shiraz was chilled I’d definitely be up for it hehe! I haven’t tried the Houghton but I know they’re well known for their Cabernets as well, so thanks for the recommendation :-)

Exquisite! So dense with flavour and complexity. I Actually Haven’t tried Wendouree straight Shiraz yet as much as I work with it! Kept missing the tastings but I know it’s good stuff. Shiraz is also my biggest part of my collection – over 90% of it, from table quaffers to Grange.
